An initial consultation of 1 hour is free.

Our rate is negotiable.  We don’t charge a travel fee – this means for your business, we don’t start charging until we are actually working on your books.

While our preference is for an hourly fee, if your preference is for a monthly set fee (more commonly known as packages), we are open to negotiation.  In our experience business needs change continually, so while one month, you may require 10  hours, the next month, you may only require 2 hours and therefore we need to find an option that suits the situation. 

We will also consider “Employee/Employer” situations, give us a call to discuss.
